1. Log onto FormReleaf
2. Search for your organization and fill out the registration completley.
3. After you finished and have signed your agreements, click on the submit button at the bottom right hand side of the page.
4. From there you will be take  to the summary page which also has the area for your payment.

     5. Click on “Complete Registration” and then you will be directed to PayPal payment website for this specific school.

     6. Enter your card information and then click accept and submit at the bottom and your registration will then be complete.
