- Log onto FormReleaf at formreleaf.com
- Search for the school that you want to register for.
- Select the program and start going through the registration process.
- FormReleaf automatically saves the progress you have made during the registration. A blue bar will come across the top telling you that your progress at that time has been saved.
5. You can now sign out of FormReleaf and come back on later to complete it right where you left off.
6. To finish incomplete registration, once you log back on you can just click on the registration under the “Incomplete” section.
7. Click on “View” to the right of the registration that you wish to complete.
8. A new page will open and from there you have to click “Edit”, then you will be able to complete the registration.
9. Another way to get to your incomplete registrations is by clicking on “Registration History” at the top of the FormReleaf page while logged in.
10. This will take you right back to Step 6.
